Write down all the positive things in your life i.e.; happy memories, achievements, what you have going for you; down on paper (as much as possible). Whenever you’re feeling down, go over it. Allow it to fill your very being. Look at the facts for what they are.
Write down all the reasons you might be negative; all your fears, worries, regrets, etc. and then just burn it up! And release the hold it had over you and watch it burn to ashes…
Develop a clear mental picture of yourself succeeding. Hold onto this picture consistently and tenaciously. Never permit this clear mental picture to fade. Your mind will seek to develop this picture. Never think of yourself as failing; never doubt the reality of your mental picture. This could be hazardous, as the mind always strives to complete that which it pictures. It is therefore important to always picture Success no matter how bleak things seems to look at that given moment. And lastly be consistent in the above, as a goal driven consistency mind-set = to Success.
