Realise that God chose you to be created, he makes no mistakes.
Realise He created you for a purpose, he created everything on earth for a reason. Look at the bees that produces honey, the chicken that produces an egg, cows that produces milk.
Naturally, people believe in themselves. As babies, they start to crawl, then stand, then try hundreds of time to
walk, then walk then run. People are naturally programmed to believe in their potential and develop it.
False limiting beliefs is then inculcated within them by close relatives (parents, siblings) or relations (teachers, friends,etc.) or by the way they perceive their experiences.
This then leads to various mental and emotional limitations and malfunctioning.
These false set of beliefs (negative Paradigm), needs to be brought into the awareness of the individual, and the truth thereof challenged one by one.
The individual is then to adopt a new set of beliefs about themselves.
This is done by introspection and reflection about who you really are.
The new beliefs adopted by the individual should be positive and true to reality.
This new beliefs should be re-enforced daily for a long period of time until it over-rides the old negative paradigm and a positive “Paradigm Shift” happens.
The individual is to accept and acknowledge that there is meaning and purpose in their suffering and hardships and that some how it shapes and moulds them into their lifes purpose.
They further-more need to trust that this will be revealed to them at the right time.
In this way, you cease to be a “victim” of your circumstances and your past, but become a Victor over and above it. You define yourself and programme yourself.
In the whole process it is important to take full responsibility for every aspect of your life.
By doing this you take the power back and now understand that only you have the ability to actually make a difference, change, improve and empower yourself and your circumstances.
To maintain progress it is vital to be aware of your thoughts and to ensure that it is true to reality.
It is also vital that you choose to Perceive things in a way that it supports your new Positive Paradigm.
You can’t change the things that happened to you, but you can change your perception thereof. You only feel a certain way because you think(perceive) a certain way. If you change the way you think (cognitions) about something, you will change the way you feel about it.
Thus, to constantly be aware of your self-talk, should be a daily habit, then replacing all negative thoughts with positives thoughts will result in Personal growth and Positive personal change.
